You need to go to Morgaon Temple , Pune . do Sankalp of "reciting this mantra for three to six months everyday to get a child & once you get child you will do "Tula" of child" ..(But first go for checkup to a doctor) .
Reciting this stotra infront of Ganapati (at home or anyplace you are comfortable) will miraculous results...if a child is born then go to the same temple and do the Tula sanskaar which means donating Gud(gur) equivalent to the weight of the baby and Believe People have got Children by this....
